Wine Jelly Recipe
Wine Flavored Chicken Breasts
Pound out four boneless chicken breasts
(skin optional)
Coat with flour
Sauté for two minutes on each side in butter and a little garlic.
Spoon approximately 1/2 cup of Chardonnay Wine Jelly over the chicken.
Cover and simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is tender.
For a spicy flavor, substitute Pepper Jelly for the Chardonnay Wine
Jelly.
Serve with rice.
